Hall’s Southern Kitchen is all about its star dish “Hot Chicken”. It’s a delicious Nashville staple that’s a unique twist on southern fried chicken that’s traditionally fried in an iron skillet and then tossed in a spicy cayenne paste. The chicken is slow brined, brushed with Carla Hall’s secret hot oil recipe, which comes has six level of hot and then it’s crisped to perfection. It’s simply served on a slice of country white bread with a dill pickle and a side of “Hot Chicken Face”.
